Dr. Chervu is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He joined VSA in 1995.
Dr. Chervu received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ, and graduated magna cum laude. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY. Dr. Chervu then completed his surgical residency and fellowship at UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. He was an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center-Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Chervu went on to receive his PMBA/MHA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Chervu is board-certified in surgery and vascular surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Atlanta Vascular Society, the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery, and the American Association of Vascular Surgery.
In his free time, Dr. Chervu enjoys football, traveling, cooking, and reading.
Since joining VSA in 1995, Dr. Chervu has been instrumental in helping us provide compassionate, expert care. He is driven by his deep commitment to forming strong bonds with his patients and ensuring their utmost well-being. Furthermore, he actively engages in clinical research and is the Director of Clinical Trials for Vascular Surgical Associates.
