Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration — marketing from Auburn University. She has over 21 years’ experience in healthcare, as a quality & patient safety program web developer and technical analyst and overseeing online education for healthcare professionals. She joins our team, bringing years of personal experience as a below-knee prosthetic user, as an Amputee Peer Advisor, meeting with clients both before and after amputation to provide support for the individual and their caretakers to help make the process and experience a clearer path. She also coordinates and leads our bimonthly Northwest Georgia Amputee Support Group meetings.
